Today felt like a day to up early and get out of Glasgow for a bit, so I headed up to Loch Lomond for some much overdue canoeing. If you're from Glasgow, it's easy to forget that not every city has such spectacular scenery quite to close ot it!

I had a great time, #kayaking around #Sooke today. Took 5 newbies out, including Mom for safe #paddling adventure in the basin. We enjoyed a nice burgers lunch at picnic tables after our paddle.

I've been out & about, on beaches, waters & trails, the past couple of days. Tomorrow is a low physical activities day to allow my body to recover from 2 full days of physically active recreational fun times ☺️
