Sure, some things could be improved, but overall I think it looks good, I had fun, and I got to test some new techniques, specifically dip my toe in OSL for the first time. Also, I still have transfers, the base and drones to go. Just about recovered from a last week’s wonderfully silly weekend. Managed to get the flat back in order - having let our hair down from having been so OTT on it looking like a showroom.

Cleaned some brushes for Monkey to use for some painting tomorrow, then got doing the first round of highlights on the #Bretonnian Archers. That’a one left to do, and then only basing needing done.

First try, and this did not turn out the way I imagined. Glad I only tried it out on parts of the shield. I’ll basepaint over and try again. And this time I’ve actually read a little about glazing, so I’ll use lahmian medium instead of water to thin the paint down. Any other tips or suggestions are welcome!
