Tonight's #aperitivo #aperitif is a freezer #ParisianMartini (my own "creation"):

80ml Hendrick's Grand Cabaret gin
20ml Cap Corse Bianco
20ml water

Bottle everything and freeze for at least 6 hours, then pour in a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
This is a marvelous mellow #Martini, highly recommended
