really not a fan of the linux community welcoming pewdiepie aka, "the 'i was making edgy content pandering to the far right before making two indian guys write death to all jews on a sign (but don't worry it was a joke), before recommending books from jordan peterson and later platforming ben shapiro on my show while i kept dog-whistling to nazis to the point where a nazi shooter name dropped me live during his rampage, all before having a a 'gamer' moment and calling another player the n-word on a stream but i did nothing wrong guys, it's just the mainstream media that want to take me down because they hate youtubers'
" man with such open arms.
hey, I'm all for redemption and people turning around and saying: yeah, i was an asshole and i did awful things. i grew up in a far right family, you bet your ass i said and thought fucked up things. but a, i didn't push far right propaganda to an audience the size of a fucking small country, and b, i own it, i recognize my former bullshit and i'm actively trying to do better. did he ever recognize that? did he ever made a change? did he ever apologized or recognized that maybe platforming people like ben shapiro to his tens of millions of subscribers was a shitty thing to do?
but then again, the linux community? having a far right problem?! noooo, couldn't be!
