"That demonstration calmed officials' concerns that Dominion Energy's failure to maintain #cracks and #leaks — discovered at least five times over the past two decades — had neutralized the plant's ability to cool down its reactors if electricity failed."

@koreenbrennan also could be a natural way of building a local community/identity. Our neighborhood and the ones around it really don't have any kind of shared identity or connection, but the Paint Creek flows through all of them. I always think it would be cool to build something around that, and rather than a bunch of random people each in their own houses, we'd be connected as people from the Paint Creek neighborhoods. We'd have potlucks and do things to keep the creek healthy. #Pipedreams.

Reflecting on the really ideosyncratic experiences everyone seems to have with #rheumaticdisease meds, whether thats the disease-modifying variety or the "biologic" types, maybe now that we have nuclear fusion like totally sorted and in the bag, we can get onto utterly universalised and individualised cheap-as genetic/genomic treatments for everything, or at least all the #autoimmune ailments.
