Okay, the Characters section of this video is taken verbatim from the Series Bible. I had to go look it up because parts of it sounded weirdly familiar. All the images featured there are from the SB and visual guides, which is an interesting choice.

I'm going to make the call to fast-forward. This section on Mantus is surprisingly long, even longer than Bloth's.

He says "Abbey of the Gallows" instead of "Abbey of Galdebar" several times. I assume he pulled the script together from the RPG World Book. The video does have a mix of RPG images, screenshots, and production art.

Most of the images so far are from my site, which is to be expected, but still a pleasant surprise now that the show's available digitally and on DVD and people can pull their own screenshots.

But what I wasn't expecting to see was a desktop wallpaper I created literally 20 years ago (of the Octopon lighthouse), complete with my "Andorus's #PiratesOfDarkWater Page" logo in Papyrus in the corner. 😂

It's been at least a year since I've watched it. It's such a pretty show. And so detailed.

Just found a freaking 35-minute "lore" video on of PoDW - I'll let y'all know how it is as I watch it. For research.

Falls ihr euch fragt, was denn nun den täglichen Serien-Slot belegt, den vorher #PiratesOfDarkWater innehatte: ein längst überfälliger Re-watch des #TreasureIsland-Anime von 1978. Einer der wundervollsten Animes überhaupt! Der Stil erinnert mich an die alten #CaptainHarlock-Folgen, die deutsche Synchro ist pure Kindheit, die Geschichte inkl. der Figuren sowieso ein absoluter Klassiker. Und mit 26 Folgen hat die Serie auch genau die richtige Länge.

Hahaha ... ab Disc Nr. 2 sind die Folgen auf den DVDs anscheined völlig wirr angeordnet. Zum Glück gibt's Online-Episodenlisten. 🙃 #PiratesOfDarkWater
