Representa una Prosthechea vitellina, una orquídea proveniente del trópico. Es una planta que se denomina epífeta. Esto quiere decir que crece sobre una superficie pero no lo utiliza de alimento. Principalmente sobre musgos y líquenes.

A 4 engine plane is seen flying off into the setting sun. There is an ominous thunderstorm cloud in front of the plane, I don't think was meant to mean anything sinister. You can see where they cut out a DC8 and put it over the cloud/ sunset shot. An early pre phtotoshop process.

From newspapers and magazines, Tim Roeloffs cuts and slices pictures and glues them together into a collage, in which a new, fantastic world emerges. After working as a tennis instructor, Tim Roeloffs settled in Berlin in 1992 and joined the artists' initiative Tacheles. After art and culture house Tacheles closed in 2012, Tim has worked in various workshops in Berlin and his work is available at various galleries. Currently, Tim creates his work in a workshop/shop in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg.

The street as a bedroom. Choice or necessity? Punk culture, after extensive gentrification, is still present in Berlin-Friedrichshain. But no longer as prominent as in this old photo from the noughties by Christian Hetey.

If the street can be used as a bedroom, you can also use it as a bathroom. Be careful where you walk in Berlin.

And there it is: a convenient place to do your business. Berlin's streets offer a great deal.

There's a lot going on here today!

After the stress of the driving I returned home to my second #Postcrossing card, and omg.

Even just the envelope is a cheery work of art, and look at all those stamps!

It got even better inside, with a handmade card that is also covered in stamps and cute stickers and a sleepy bee. But also bonus stickers, and last but very much not least a collectible presentation booklet with a mint stamp and also a silver version!

I can't get over how absolutely wonderfully kind and generous this is, from a complete stranger :BlobCat_Love:

Left side of a heavily decorated envelope with the address blurred out. The sender has spelled "postcrossing" with individual letter stickers, some in pastel colours and some in black. There's also an easter theme on the other stickers, one with fluffy chicks emerging from a ribbon-wrapped egg and another with a rabbit peering out from yes, another egg. The stamps along the top are mostly Austrian buildings, but one has a purple animated car from Pixar's movie Cars.Contents of the envelope. To the right, a long portrait orientation card with blue and purple flowers on a lighter purple background. It's had extra flower stickers applied. There are bonus stickers with messages like "life is short have fun, "always dream big", "be you not them" and "worry less smile more". And a black cardboard booklet with a square black and white stamp depicting five men doing...I don't know, Austrian congress things. Opposite the stamp is a silver version with the same image, although you can't really make it out in this photo.Back of the postcard with the address and handwritten message blurred out. It's a dense collage of stamps and stickers, particularly one large illustrated sticker of a sleepy bee curled up in a ball in the middle of the card. Underneath it the sender has drawn "HELLO" in purple lettering, and there are tiny flower and bee stickers scattered around it. Some of the visible stickers read "Ordinary people can do extraordinary things" and "with brave wings she flies". The row of stamps along the top has everything from butterflies to flowers to a hand holding a bubble full of fireworks? I don't know, stamps can be weird.
