Thinking about how much I use music to regulate my mood. I am using it even when I'm not listening to music. Because music is playing in my mind constantly, I can influence what the #BrainJD plays by listening to certain music a lot. So the effect on mood - calming, energising, uplifting etc. - continues when I'm not listening.
