Morning chores by the Mekong river

The daily rituals of the monks in Luang Prabang is some of the interesting and unique in this city. And very popular among visitors.

Personally I enjoy see the everyday lives of people, and this is one of my favourites from visiting this old city and former capital.

Classic touch in classic street of days gone by

There are still some of these classic german cars spread around in Southeast Asia. A timeless symbol of elegance, money, status and classic german engineering and design.

I have seen them in almost every country I have visited in the region.

Having some well maintained old french architecture framing it sort of feels right. It tells a story of a time gone by. And which belongs to history, forever.
