This was inspired by the way Patrick Spaziante at one point was drawing fem characters in #ArchieSonic. I did use the design from the early Archie Sonics though.

When Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM) was first airing where I lived, there was an episode (Sonic's Nightmare) that starts in a bad dream, with Princess Sally asking, her tone going from annoyed the first time to almost accusatory the second, "Sonic, where were you when the brains were handed out??" and as tween who'd never heard that phrase for calling someone stupid ever before, it REALLY REALLY REALLY unsettled me. I couldn't understand it and it sounded like perfect nightmare-nonsense dialogue.

I mean in the context of the dream-scene it IS a very strange question to ask... And it scared me a lot more than it didn't.

Pretty danged good voice acting in that scene if you ask me. As teen rebels, it's no surprise Sonic is having anxiety nightmares about failing his friends and loved ones in a very real way.
