It shimmered like a soap bubble, except it was flat. It hung between two trees, attached to each as if by spider webs.

“What is it?” I asked, not daring to get too close.

“It’s a portal to a magic land, of course,” Jee said smugly.

“No, really.”

“Only one way to find out. Let’s go!”

She pushed me and I stumbled into, no, through the barrier. I expected to get wet, but I felled nothing except a ‘whoosh’ all around me, a bit like the sound of a car speeding past.

Jee stepped through after me. We both looked around, mouths open.

“Jee, I think you were right.”

Mein #Ableton #Push 1 hatte über die Jahre eine hässlich klebrige Oberfläche bekommen. Also das Ding auseinander genommen, die Oberfläche gereinigt und wieder zusammen gebaut.
Und nur eine Schraube übrig 😄 Aber die konnte ich wegen eines geplatzten Schraubdoms nicht mehr montieren...
