If you are looking for feminist horror novels, book blogger Willow has some interesting recommendations. I have read "Natural Beauty" by Ling Ling Huang and I can recommend it too.

In times of crisis and discrimination, our communities are our strength and power.

Today we celebrate love, pride, resistance, and the power of communities. Across the world, LGBTQIA+ communities and allies are coming together in powerful ways, showing courage, and building collective strength in the face of hate.

We're proud to organize and resist alongside LGBTQIA+ organizations, activists, and everyone fighting for a world where we can all live freely and authentically. 🌈

Because equality isn't optional and solidarity is everything. 💪🏼 ❤️ 🌎

An early peek at a concept for my next novella Backscatter - inspired by The Thing in the Mirror from Monsters in the Closet:

No.818: Made in 1965, 'Follow That Skirt' (aka Mondo Weirdo, aka The Thrill Killer) is a short film about Dale, a psycho killer who hates women because he wants to be one. Beyond that, this is a sleazy slice of early queer horror cinema with an incongruously cool jazz soundtrack. A true oddity.

While I was reviewing this book, I had a thought. This oppressive system works because sometimes we have no choice of where we work or shop or the cars we drive.

What will Heaven do when her dream house turns into a nightmare?

As a young #trans woman working in a soup kitchen, Heaven never imagined she'd be able to buy her own home. With the help of her girlfriend and best friend, she's finally able to achieve this goal. But from the moment Heaven, Terra and Elle move in, strange things happen in the house...

At the intersection of grief and folklore, anything can happen. Monstrilio speaks of the way grief affects a family and the different ways they handle it. Plus, a monster grown from a piece of lung!
