I think I've fixed the problem I was having with my #powkiddyRGB30 . I got a new SanDisk ultra 16gb SD card and flashed it with #ArkOS. I haven't had an issue with my games going missing after several reboots so hopefully this is the end of it! Had to reinstall all my ports but it was doable.

Just got my #rgb30. However, it refuses to see any Wi-Fi AP and it doesn't work when I enter one manually. I've been a software developer and iot/home automation person for eons, so I know it's not something I'm doing wrong. And in the neighborhood I live in there are dozens of Wi-Fi SSIDs being broadcast.

Did the rumble mod for the #rgb30 today. Wasn't complicated and adds a nice touch to the console.

I wonder why it did not come with a rumble motor pre installed. A place for the motor and even solder pads labeled moto are all ready on the PCB. Well probably to keep manufacturing coats low.

I see there was another JELOS update yesterday, 20240121, for all devices. Woot! Under the Change Log, there is "Fixes a long standing issue with RK3566 devices causing drain after being charged while devices are powered off." So no longer coming back to the RGB30 after a few days of non-use and seeing it's nearly dead? That will be awesome!

I just finished playing Legend of #Zelda: Oracle of Seasons on the #Gameboy Color (via #RGB30). What a great game! Lots of complex puzzles and challenging boss fights, and really cute graphics.

Even better, I had no idea that Seasons interacts with its sister title "Oracle of Ages" via a password system. Complete one game and it gives you a password which you enter into the other game... this lets you play through the other game as a sequel, with modified plot and extended ending!
