#PSA: If you live in Western NYS and need to fly internationally, just drive to Canada and get a direct flight out of Toronto.
That's what I usually do but I thought I'd fly out of my "home" airport this time. Mistake. The headache of US airlines isn't worth it. I just got off of a customer support chat for the 3rd time since booking this trip. Next time I'll risk the snowy drive.
