Don't Care Where it Goes - Felt like that looking down the railroad tracks. Past the abandoned Narrowsburg lumber yard and a pass through Barryville, New York. Freight trains, no passengers, but felt like getting on anyway.

Black and white photo of tree-lined train tracks taken at a low angle so that the end of the rails near the camera are in focus and the track converging towards the horizon becomes more and more out of focus. There are three out of focus people crossing the tracks visible in the upper right.

On the map I saw a nice forest lake, so I decided it would be great to visit it. Turns out the "lake" was a dirty pond, a lot of frogs, flies and overgrowth. But apparently someone decided it was a nice spot for a woodworkers cabin. There was a railroad from a hunting stand to nowhere passing by the cabin. I think it was about 40 meters long. A funny find, but unsure what the purpose was.
