ONE person answers the phone and we are looking at a house within the hour. Application in that night, lease the next day. Yes, it’s 4000 sq ft 1.5 acres and a pool. More house than we need. It’ll be fun while it lasts. And now to make the rest of the move happen + sell house in CA. I’ve done this 40 times before. I can do it again.
I have loved being back in CA where I have many memories - from 6.5 yrs old and then back and forth for a total of 25 years there. Now my mom is gone, my brother moved away and my kids are all over the map. Time for new adventures.
