The image is a black-and-white photograph of five men standing outdoors in front of a building. They are dressed in formal attire, typical of early 20th-century fashion, including suits, ties, and hats. The men are arranged in a slightly staggered formation, with three men in the foreground and two men standing slightly behind them.

The man on the far left is wearing a suit with a white shirt and a dark tie, and he has his arms crossed. The second man from the left is also in a suit, but his tie is loosely knotted. The third man in the foreground is wearing a suit with a white shirt and a bow tie. The two men in the background are also in suits, with one wearing a bow tie and the other a regular tie. All of them are wearing hats, which are typical of the era.

The image has handwritten labels at the top, identifying the individuals as follows: "BILLY GIBSON," "H.Y. STEFFEN," "THEO. HARDEEN," "LEONARD HICKS," "WILLIE RITCHE," and "EMIL THIRY." These names are written in a casual script and appear to be part of the original caption or identification for the photograph. The setting appears to be a formal or official event, given the attire and the way the men are positioned. The background shows part of a building with columns and some greenery.

The image is a black-and-white photograph of a man standing on what appears to be the deck of a ship. The man is dressed in a formal suit with a tie and a fedora hat, giving the impression of early to mid-20th-century fashion. He is holding a small dog on a leash, which is white with a short coat. The dog is standing on the deck, looking towards the camera. The deck is wooden, and there are rows of empty chairs visible in the background, suggesting this might be a public area on the ship. The walls are plain, and there is a railing along the edge of the deck. The image has a stamp in the top left corner, along with some text that reads "WILLIE RITCHIE," which likely identifies the man in the photograph. The overall setting and attire suggest this is a historical photograph, possibly from the early 1900s.

Freddie Welsh was a Welsh World boxing champion. The lightweight boxer was born in Pontypridd, Wales, nicknamed the "Welsh Wizard". Brought up in a tough mining community, Welsh left a working-class background to make a name for himself in America. He turned professional as a boxer in Philadelphia in 1905, and spent the best part of his career fighting in the United States. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Freddie_

The image appears to be a historical photograph in black and white, depicting three men seated outdoors at a small table. The men are dressed in formal attire, which includes suits and bow ties, suggesting a formal or professional setting. The man on the left is seated on a bench, leaning slightly forward, and appears to be holding or reading something in his hands. The man in the middle is seated at the table, wearing a hat and a suit, and seems to be engaged in a discussion or activity with the man on the right. The man on the right is seated on a chair, leaning forward, and appears to be listening or participating in the interaction at the table. The background features greenery, including bushes and what looks like a stone wall or structure, indicating an outdoor setting, possibly a garden or patio. The photograph has a caption at the top that reads, "Willie Ritchie reading cable of acceptance to Steffen & Thiry," which suggests that the men are involved in a formal communication or discussion. The image has a vintage quality, consistent with early 20th-century photography.
