Great time cheering on friends & other riders at #RideLondon today!
Robo-foot held out with the adrenaline for at least 8 hours, only giving grief when heading to the station. Clavicle bore up pretty well, even managed to raise arms a good few times; artificial/real ligaments gave in after 4-5 hours, when even clapping became tough.
No regrets, though in my head I can still hear the whistle I was using and the whooping I did 😂 Slightly surprised I haven't lost my voice 😅
