So I'm pretty sure I broke my middle toe after I stubbed it on a bench/chest last night. Don't think I'll be able to run that 5k this weekend.

On the bright side I did start building a framework for a blog using Hugo right before that.

That was actually one of my better runs too as I managed the 5km without walking (aside from when my headphones fell out which then made my stone plugs fall out).

It did however bring me back down to a 40min 5k.
