I'm sure this report is useful, but it's not just about conventional warfare: we also need to be far better equipped to fight back against hybrid warfare.
As we saw from the last government's initial suppression of the #RussiaReport and then its complete failure to act on it. It would be nice to think the current government is taking the threat of hybrid war more seriously, but I'm not sure I've seen much evidence of that yet.

Evidence of the payoffs was given to a parliamentary committee investigating Russian interference in UK politics. Their findings, that formed the Russia Report, were blocked before the crucial 2019 general election by then-Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

Very impressed that Moldova managed to thwart Russian attempts to interfere in their elections.
I just wish that the UK and the US had as robust a democratic system as Moldova has.
Georgia's rigged election has drawn such widespread condemnation that even Boris Johnson said it was "stolen by Putin's puppet government in Tbilisi".
