Exclusive: Samsung Galaxy S21 gets the One UI 7 update in the USA!

We are excited to announce that starting from today, users can now download the One UI 7 update to their Galaxy S21 smartphones in the USA for some locked carrier models. You should be able to get the update soon. Your Galaxy has now become more powerful, amazing, and gorgeous as One UI 7 brings more powerful features and a redesigned appearance consisting of a simple, impactful, and emotive design.

Please note that this is the last time that we’re going to cover the rollout news for One UI 7 for new devices, except for the Galaxy A55 series because it was eligible for the beta program. After that, expect such news for three select devices only. Please refer to news sources, such as SamMobile and Sammy Fans, for more rollout news.

The firmware information states:

• Galaxy S21: HYDA
• Galaxy S21+: HYDA
• Galaxy S21 Ultra: HYDA

To obtain the update, perform the following steps:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Navigate to Software Updates
3. Tap on Download and Install
4. Wait until you see One UI 7 at the top of the page, then tap on Download
5. Wait for the download to complete, then tap on Install

After you perform the above steps, your phone will be running One UI 7 based on Android 15, and you can enjoy its new features and with many improvements on place. This makes sure that your experience gets improved.

If you still didn’t get the update for your device, wait for a few days or a few weeks, then check for updates again. If you still see “Your software is up to date,” this means that the update didn’t reach your region yet.

Note that the update process may take 15 to 20 minutes, and this can vary from device to device. The download process may incur extra charges if you’re using the cellular network as the update size is around 5 GB, depending on the device, so we recommend downloading it through Wi-Fi. Never interrupt the update process in any way, or problems may occur. Make sure that your phone gets charged before you initiate the installation process.

Jetzt musste ich mal nachschauen wen Bahnexperte Winfried Wolf bei der Abfahrt des letzten Nachtzug der Deutschen Bahn im Dezember 2016 traf. Auf der Montagsdemo gegen #S21 erzählte er Mitte Dezember 2016, dass Sandra Maischberger sich dort als Bahnliebhaberin outete und auch gerne Nachtzug fährt. Vllt sollte sie dich mal einladen oder umgekehrt.

Bad Cannstatt fahren–da sie neben den Fernzügen nicht mehr in den Tiefbahnhof passen. „Nahverkehrsdreieck“ heißt der Plan. Fernreisende müssten dann in den Vororten in S-Bahn od. Stadtbahn umsteigen und am Hauptbahnhof erneut, um Fernzüge zu erreichen.

Sie haben sich die Durchführung von dem Projekt erlogen.

Um mal aufzuzeigen, wie unsinnig die Streckenführung gebaut wurde.

Die alte Strecke (Geislinger Steige) war schon zu steil für Güterzüge - sie rechnet sich kaum im Betrieb.
Die Neubaustrecke ist um ein Vielfaches steiler! Was ein Irrsinn.

Bahnchaos Stuttgart.

Wir sind es mittlerweile beinahe gewohnt, dass wir im Sommer mit der S-Bahn nur noch bis Stuttgart Hbf (oben) fahren können. Natürlich auch nur im 30 Minuten Takt. Häufiger als 15 Minuten wird es auch mit #S21 nicht geben. Fraglich auch, wo die S-Bahn denn halten wird in Stuttgart, wenn die neue Strecke für den Fernverkehr eröffnet wurde und die Gleise oben nicht mehr verwendet werden.
