As a time blind ADHD person, who also spends a lot of time at home due to my disabilities, celebrating the #WheelOfTheYear has been deeply rewarding.

I feel much more connected, and I can see how I’ve grown & changed over time better than when I lived somewhere without seasons.

My practices are approximately timed, and I often celebrate things “late” &/or in small ways, like having a few seasonal inks, or when my MCAS behaves, teas.

Echo Zines returns to CRITWITCHCON with zines, buttons, stickers, & more!

Echo Zines is a creative project by Nina Zina (she/they) that is based in Belgium. As Echo Zines, Nina produces zines, postcards, stickers, buttons, and spell bags (and she plays in the feminist witch punk band Lavender Witch!). The witch zines that Nina makes talk about herbal magic, amulets, self-love potions, mundane witchcraft, and personal reflections about skeptical witchery. Echo Zines’ stickers and buttons feature sigils for self-empowerment and for queer, anti-racist, and accessibility activism, and the postcards depict witches in various settings. Nina also sews and assembles spell bags with natural and repurposed ingredients to promote self-care and community care. https://echopublishing.wordpress.com/

Through their Echo Zines creative project, Nina Zina produces (witchy) zines, postcards, and stickers. The zines talk about things like herbalism, amulets, music as magic, and mundane witchery. Nina sews spell bags with natural and repurposed ingredients for self-care and community care and enjoys sigil design, magical artjournaling, and cartomancy. #fedicoven Q19 How do you celebrate the midpoint between the Winter Solstice and the Spring Equinox? (Imbolc)

I’ll be doing some outside cleanup, hope to find some snowdrops and make a Brigid’s cross.

Today I cleaned up my altar and removed everything from the last 6 weeks, so I can start my late winter/early spring set up tomorrow.

I’m also hosting a sustainability focused community spell in a discord server throughout the month of February, starting tomorrow.
