Strange experience with #sram support. The told me to bring my new #bike to a service partner because the power meter calibration feature in their app doesn’t work.
Turns out you need to be logged in to perform calibration and the support team doesn’t know. And the app gives zero feedback. The button is enabled but does absolutely nothing.
