Rarely a recipe would be complicated enough to warrant a video yet practical enough for people to try at home, but it is an interesting mental exercise when you are trying to get the best out of whatever is available in your fridge.
The weirdest one I have done is roasted sardines, anchovies, diced capers, horseradish, English mustard, pickled cucumber, and balsamic vinegar.
