Here is Santa Ragione's Horses with its black and white and other filters removed, aspect ratio changed from 4:3 to ultrawide. Of course, there is also a way to remove the pixelation of nude parts, like in its pre-release versions, but I'm not going to show that or release it as a mod to potentially put the developer in even more trouble.
