Cloudy sky over Washington Street:

Fluffy white clouds congregate in a turquoise sky. Below are several houses, similarly colored with gray siding, dark roofs, and white-framed windows with black shutters. Behind the houses are trees, and in front a single lamppost.

The sky: deep blue at the top, becoming paler blue at the bottom near the horizon, with cottony white clouds in puffs with edges smeared every which way as delicate wisps. In the lower left corner of the frame can be seen a shadowy diagonal of green tree tops.

Fluffy white clouds parade diagonally through the sky, more distant near the lower left horizon and closer near the top right corner. Below, a few taller evergreens reach up to touch the sky from amidst a sea of barren deciduous.

The sky looked pretty cool on our last hike to the Wiley Trails.

Mom and Dad took us to the Burville Cider Mill today. It was a lovely day but there was a tour buss and the shop was PACKED.

Yesterday was another lovely day, and my child and I spent several hours hiking. The local park has an overlook over the whole town and beyond; here's a picture of the sky from there:
