Two weeks ago I made the Scallion Pancake Breakfast Sandwiches recipe from J. Kenji Lopez-Alt’s _The Wok_ cookbook.
They were good. A little heavy, but I don’t mind that for breakfast. 4 stars ★★★★☆

Apparently I make basically the same #noodles every time, which makes sense given they're all staples reliably in my fridge/pantry.
