I put the #Schwalbe Billy Bonker tires on the #Yoonit today, and it's finally a fun bike to ride again!
Mine came with the Big Apples and about 4 months ago I swapped them for the Pick Ups. The feeling was completely off, increased rolling resistance (only a problem on my analogue version), but most importantly, terrible vibrations! No wonder I only rode the bike for less than 70km since then!

Couple of days ago I was posting this question of "why is there protective tape in the tyre bead channel"?

So after I replaced the outer tyre I was recycling the product card from the new one and noticed it was printed on the back side too, and those turned out to be installation instructions, and those _also_ showed protective tape in the tyre bead channel.
This is probably related to tubelessness again, but this shows it's not just the wheel, it's Schwalbe expecting this too.
And now I go back to waiting on hold for Seattle Public Utilities.
Ich würde gerne auf TPU-Schläuche wechseln. Tubless ist derzeit keine Option.
Gibt es Praxiserfahungen von euch zu den unterschiedlichen Herstellern?
Speziell der Übergang zu den Ventilen scheinen ja bei den ersten Produkten die Schwachstelle gewesen zu sein.
Ich hatte einen ersten Ausflug zu den Produkten von Aeron, da gab es jedoch Probleme und Supportanfrage läuft. Das Ergebnis werde ich nachliefern.
