I think the Scintilla Text Editor ( #SciTE ) will be my next Texteditor. Has great Syntax Code Highlighting and Code Folding,

I’m by far no developer, but I love Code and seeing it on the screen in an editor. :mycomputer: The only thing I've mastered since #VivaldiBrowser is CSS; with the help of @Vivaldi and the awesome Forum there. 🙏 :vivaldi_gray:

Used it years ago on Windows for the first time. Now on MacOS and since a week on Q4OS.

En tant qu'#IDE, je reste sur #VSCodium, mais je suis à l'aise avec #Vim.

Par contre, quand j'ai besoin d'éditer vite fait un peu de code, j'utilise #Scite pour lequel j'ai eu un crush il y a de nombreuses années (j'utilisais encode Windows 2000, à l'époque !)

Scite is a great tool as an academic AI. It can helpful for literature review, effectively summarize the information and support for the writing process. Sure, it still needs editing. However, it makes things easier and faster. Following the progress. 🤓 #scite #ai #academic

At the risk of a flame war. My favorite text editors are as follows:
1) #Scite - on Linux and Windoze
2) #nano - when in a linux terminal
3) #emacs - tries to give me more functionality than I need at the moment
4) #vim - I only know enough to save and exit. It still baffles me.

Update. I know that #scite can often do this job. But it's not free and it's limited to research literature (where it does a great job). I'd like a free tool that also covers #journalism.

@Seirdy Hi, regarding fighting misinformation on the issue of rare adverse effects of the vaccine:
I have followed this issue closely. That 1 JAMA Cardiology study he cited is actually legit and JAMA Cardiology a respectable Journal in the field. See #pubpeer, #scite and #ulrichsweb reports' main pages. He of course neglected, as is typical, to mention other studies and the review and editorials that came after this, but he IS right about the increased risk in that 1 particular study.
