York :) wouldn't mind going back when it's less hot. I wanted to do the walk around the city walls but it was way too much. These pages were easier to do as I could do a grungey/vintage style. Please note the little rat in a bed on page 3. I used the various museum leaflets.
On the fourth one, I actually found the postcard in the middle at a charity shop - I used scrap card to make it into a flap that opens up to show another photo underneath. That museum was really good but scary

My books arrived! I actually had the Chinese astrology one before and got rid cos I was told astrology was stupid and I am weak-willed.
Anyway the diaries have some nice images in for journals, I might scan a few if the library scanner allows scan to email. The astrology one is sparse for pictures compared to RHS but has lots of symbology segments I can use.

So I always get told to go out every day for my mental health but I hate walking aimlessly so I usually drive to one of two local areas, park a mile away and walk in. In one place there's a nice local bakery and I'll get a treat for myself, then go round charity shops, and then get a coffee and walk back. Today I found treasure! An untouched colouring book. I like to use these as journal pages or cut the shapes for scrapbook decoration. £2!

I was clearing up and looked through my scrapbook from last year/start of 2025.
Starting with a Brighton page with a funny dog, Singapore Sanrio light festival and Singapore Gardens by the Bay lantern festival, then Berlin. Berlin had a kind of vintage grungey look all the way through, which suited it and I find easy to do. The brightness of Singapore was difficult for me lol I kinda like the brown paper rather than the white I have this year, it's less harsh
