Man sieht eine Hängepflanze mit Blüten an den Enden der Triebe. Die Triebe sind sehr dicht mit 1,5 cm landen, dicken, rundlichen, spitz zulaufenden hellgrünen Blättern besetzt. Es erinnert an sehr lange Tannenzapfen.
Die Blüten sind hell-orange, mit sich öffnenden Spitzen, etwa 1 cm lang.

It's definitely #sedum season! This Chinese #stonecrop started as a single 2-3" cutting from a potted succulent arrangement a few years ago. Now it's the size of a couple pizza boxes, and I'm using cuttings from this one to fill various gaps around the backyard.

A large Chinese stonecrop sedum plant is beginning to explode in tiny yellow flowers. This ground cover spreads nicely in unamended Memphis shit-clay.

#Sedum mocinianum ist eine niedliche kleine #Sukkulente aus dem Norden von #Mexiko. Sie blüht im Frühjahr.

Man sieht einen Blumentopf mit etwa 8 cm Durchmesser. Er enthält 6 kleine Pflanzen. Die Blätter sind dick länglich-rundlich, hellgrün-gelblich und dicht mit weißen Haaren besetzt. Darüber sieht man kleine weiße Blüten dicht an dicht.

I like the sedum (I think it is Sedum sarmentosum, stringy stonecrop) that grows around a big oak tree by our house. It's vibrant after some recent rain.

Vibrant, light green sedum growing around the roots of a large oak tree. There is some brown stalks of last year's grass and some twigs in the foreground mixed in with the sedum. There is some dark green moss slightly higher up the trunk in the northern (right hand) side of the trunks crevasses. On the left, there is a gray, cloudy sky and a blue single family house somewhat blurry from being out of focus.
