Detail of the construction of the eyes. They are made of punched circles dyed with gold ink with small black circles dyed with acrylic ink for the pupils. Black watercolor paper has been cut into the eye shape. Strips of deli paper have been used in a cross behind the “eyeballs” to affix them to the black paper.
