It’s a huge open air flea market held for 2 days in December and 2 days in January each year. Good food and some good deals.

The road under an overpass. The bright signage on the overpass warns of a 2.1m or about 7ft clearance underneath. To the left and right there are road signs for no parking, a speed limit, etc. fitted on standard height free standing poles, all of which are taller than this extremely low clearance.

Picture taken from the mall that sits on top of the station looking down the tracks. There are four of them, two of which with trains on them. The tracks rise from the ground and beyond the mall in in they're covered for a bit by bicycle parking facilities. There are buildings to the left and to the right, none of them especially noteworthy - a typical Tokyo cityscape.

Kyōdō is a neighborhood in the center of the western Setagaya ward of Tokyo. It’s also an express stop on the Odakyu Line, reachable from Shinjuku within 15 minutes. Here is a set of some photos from the area.
