This is from a test roll with a new camera, Canon EOS 3000N. The cam was a basement find of a work colleague that then gifted it to me because "you collect this old stuff". Considering the other cameras I own this one's rather new and shiny, with auto-focus even.

It has Canon's EF mount and came with a cheap 28-80mm 3.5-5.6 lens which is the first variable focal length lens I used yet. Zoomed in it is a bit soft for my taste. Does anyone have a good recommendation to replace this lens with a better variable focal lenth lens on EF mount that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
