No es un slasher cualquiera… ¡es único! 🧠💥

Si eres fan del cine de terror retro, prepárate para descubrir una peli que está recibiendo su merecido reconocimiento con los años: Campamento Sangriento (Sleepaway Camp). Salió en 1983, pero tiene una vibra que se siente adelantada a su época 🕰️.

Esta cinta no va por el camino típico tipo Michael Myers matando con cuchillo porque sí. Acá tenemos a Angela Baker, una protagonista que —sorry, spoiler 🚨— es trans. Y sí, eso la hace todavía más interesante en muchos niveles (aunque seguro hoy dirían que es “woke”, pero bueno…).

Las muertes 😵‍💫 son brutales y distintas

Una de las cosas que más me atraparon de esta peli es que las muertes no son genéricas. Nada de lo mismo de siempre. Cada asesinato tiene su estilo y su razón. Angela no mata por matar. Mata a gente que, francamente, se lo gana 🤢.

Y sí, voy a confesarlo: gozo total cuando elimina al cocinero. Un asqueroso de lo peor (ya saben de qué tipo hablo). Verlo pagar fue un momento catártico. 😤💥

El personaje de Angela es 💔✨¿neurodivergente?

Tengo una teoría que no puedo sacarme de la cabeza: Angela, al menos en esta primera película, podría ser autista 🧩. Su forma de actuar, de relacionarse y de mantenerse al margen me suena muchísimo. Y si es así, la peli tiene aún más capas que explorar.

El final… 😱 se te queda GRABADO para siempre

No exagero cuando digo que el final de Campamento Sangriento es de los más épicos y perturbadores que vas a ver en tu vida. Literalmente, no se te olvida NUNCA. Es de esos que hacen que se te ponga la piel de gallina aunque ya sepas lo que va a pasar 🫣🩸.

Si te gusta el terror con personalidad, Campamento Sangriento es un MUST 🍿🖤

Tiene humor negro, asesinatos creativos, personajes detestables (que dan gusto ver caer) y una protagonista que rompe todos los esquemas. ¡Una joya infravalorada del slasher ochentero que HOY merece brillar! ✨

1983's Sleepaway Camp is now a cult classic. If you are my age, it's a movie you've seen bits and pieces of all your life and you almost get to thinking that final moment in the movie was a dream or some sort of false memory, but it's real, and it ties together a glorious film.
