I really need for someone to tell me if #SailfishOS still has issues with group SMS or not. Before the new Jolla Phone gets expanded markets.
For those familiar with it. SMS messages sent with multiple recipients are RECEIVED by SailfishOS, but as a single direct message from the sender. Meaning, replies to that message do not go back out to the "group". There is no "reply all" so to speak; and no list to even indicate multiple recipients received the same message.
OR atleast this has been true for many for sometime, with SailfishOS.
SOME of us have been praying for a decade or longer that bug gets fixed.
AND yes, I know; much better to get the family to switch to something like Signal.
EDIT: This may be an abuse of the MMS spec thats only commonly supported in the United States.
