I've planned to try to go to Glasgow again tomorrow to see folk. I'm not going to repeat the mistake I made last week where I did way too much the day before. I'm going to rest today and conserve my spoons for tomorrow.

A faded, pale bluey-grey snail shell lying on the ground among small sticks and old leaves. I spotted this on my morning walk today, and am using it as a reminder to slow the hell down today. Shell time is calling!
