Finished watching #Snowpiercer on #SkyShowtime yesterday-ish (Tuesday the 5th).
It was an interesting take on #PostApocalypse, taking place mostly on a moving train in an otherwise frozen world.
Amusingly enough, I started watching it just as I'd thought of an idea of my own for an apocalyptic video game involving a train. They're not particularly similar, though.
Hopefully I can keep myself from starting up another show until after I get some other things done.

#Snowpiercer season 4 is on SBS On Demand in Australia (and probably being played out of order on one of the SBS FTA channels too).
Handy if, like me, you only got to see up to season 3 on Netflix and haven't tried to get the final season off AMC or other sources.

#Snowpiercer, the 2020-2024 series, is a bit different than the 2013 movie - kinda comes with the objective of creating a multi-season series. I've just finished episode 4, and like it! 👍
After many, many years of saying to myself "I should watch #SnowPiercer at some point" the point finally arrived tonight and I did, indeed, watch Snowpiercer. I wish I'd watched it earlier.
Naturally, it suffers from a lot of "but how did they...?" questions that were never answered, but the underlying character/social elements were decent. Tilda Swinton was ridiculously good. Chris Evans, very surprisingly, was also excellent.
Very enjoyable.
If I had a nickel for every time I saw a scifi movie set in a frigid environment, rife with themes of class struggle, featuring a well known actor who has appeared in the Marvel Cinematic Universe wearing prosthetic teeth to play a cartoonishly over the top villian, and directed by Bong Joon Ho, I would have two nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's odd that it should happen twice.
