It's a big year for radical social centres in England.

This year marks the 44th anniversary of Bradford’s ‘1 in 12 club’, the 30th anniversary of Bristol’s BASE, and the 24th year of Nottingham's #SumacCentre, home of Veggies!

The 1 in 12 are running a series of events in June to celebrate.

I truly love #SocialCentres. I go there, I made some friends, musical choice could go beyond #punk but whatever. I do have a problem though, as an #autistic person: people touching you. Myślę sobie o różnych możliwościach tworzenia centów społecznych i innych oddolnych encji, które mogłyby działać w trybie (pół)nomadycznym.

Klasycznym przykładem są wagenburgi, ale one są nadal pochodną najbardziej antyspołecznego środka transportu - samochodu.

Nieco lepiej jest z jednostkami nawodnymi (planujemy wodowanie prototypu i testy na 2025 rok)

Natomiast kompletnie nietknięty jest pomysł uruchomienia inicjatyw na pojazdach szynowych. A jest to - po transporcie śródlądowym - moje ulubione medium.

Zarys początkowy:

- Tanio nabyty wagon doczepny lub trakcyjny (elektryczny, autonomiczny), przystosowany do działań programowych, z możliwością dołaczenia lekkiej platformy z kontenerem).
- Wykorzystanie nieużywanych bocznic z rampami/placami jako średnioterminowych (1-3 miesięcy) lokacji, gdzie rozwijamy dodatkowe zasoby: kontenery, namioty, elektrownie słoneczne itp.

OCZYWIŚCIE to jest potencjalnie orka na ugorze, zwłaszcza w obszarze wymagań techniczno-prawnych. System transportu kolejowego po prostu nie przewiduje takich numerów. :smile:
