Эксперимент показал, что смысл в этом был. Фонарики на ионисторах продолжают светить, когда на ХИТ уже молчат не первый месяц. Сейчас выходил на улицу и обратил внимание, что, несмотря на не солнечную погоду вчера, фонари смогли набрать достаточно энергии и светят до утра.
Жаль что на маркетплейсах такие конденсаторы пропали, купил бы ещё. И мысль докупить комплект на 16В на солнечную станцию осталась.

Beatrice Petrovich, an analyst at the Ember thinktank and the lead author of the report, said it was a “major tipping point” that was of strategic importance to the EU, which has grown increasingly panicked about its reliance on other countries for energy.

(7kWh of that imported in the first month—my mistake—otherwise small system-grid handshakes only)

I have not been slow to criticise this government when they do bad things, but to be fair to them, they do sometimes do good things as well.
And this very much looks like one of them. I'm particularly pleased to see low-carbon heating and solar panels as the standard for new builds. Let's just hope that they don't have loopholes that let developers wriggle out of it.
