In the Netherlands each municipality is supposed to have a #library. Especially interesting as libraries increasing become more then just a place to lend books. But a meeting place - even a place were #social #capital is made!
In that context I recommend the book: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bowling_Alone

"While #globalemissions trends illustrate the challenges we face, there are signs that humanity may be nearing a peak in #globalclimatepollution. #Emissions from wealthy countries have been declining, but these efforts must accelerate, and financial support for #developingcountries is essential to help them transition to #cleanenergy solutions.

> "A great example of how saving one species can have a domino effect on the restoration of a whole ecosystem. In California’s Monterey Bay, efforts to bolster sea otter populations are saving local salt marshes because the otters feast on the burrowing crabs that cause erosion. The sea otters have consumed enough of the crabs to slow the erosion almost to a halt."
