Sonic Top Trumps.
Because nobody said it has to be a video game! 😁😅
This #SonicSunday, I present the series that is...
...Movie Sonic! 🥹😊👍
#SEGA #SonicTheHedgehog #Paramount #MovieSonic #BluRayMovies
Pinball is a (fairly) straightforward game when you're human size.
When you're the ball, however, things get a little bit more complicated. 😅😅😅
That's essentially what happens in Sonic Spinball.
Incidentally, this game featured cameo appearances from some of the characters... 1/2
Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
Possibly my favourite of the 2D Sonic games. The levels, the story, the atmosphere, it just... all seemed to come together here.
Sonic and The Gunslinger.
Not an official title, this is, in fact, a mod of a fangame.
Nack the Weasel arranges to meet his least favourite clients in town, who have an intriguing offer for him.
Sonic Origins Plus.
A collection of classic Sonic games with a neat set of animations to tie them together.
It does have some issues, but still a neat little collection nevertheless.
Before the Sonic Movies even existed, there was a Sonic Movie, which was also known as the Sonic OVA.
It was an interesting watch with a cool aesthetic all of its own.
Sonic Adventure.
One of the Dreamcast launch titles, Sonic Adventure was a tour de force of the Dreamcast's capabilities.
At the time, a magazine review said, "One day, all games will look this good. Right now, only this does."
It did have some issues, but here was proof that Sonic could work as a 3D game.
Perhaps a bold call with the Sonic Boom games. 😅
I will admit, they do have issues. Quite a lot of people didn't like Rise of Lyric.
But despite this, they do have their humour & a certain charm to them.
As it's Mother's Day in the UK, I guess this is kinda appropriate. 😅😅😅
Sonic Underground.
Sonic & his siblings, Manic & Sonia, team up for an ongoing quest to find their mother, Queen Aleena.
Sonic Frontiers.
This seems to be... something of a "Marmite" game in the Sonic fandom. Some people seem to love it, some seem to hate it.
Personally, while I wouldn't call it my favourite Sonic game, I do find it interesting, & a positive indicator of things to come.
The "open world" combines with the more traditional "cyberspace" stages to create a new an intriguing experience.
Sonic Mega Collection Plus.
Not only does this collection contain all of Sonic's Mega Drive / Genesis outings, but it also contains some of the series Game Gear games AND... a selection of Archie Sonic Comic covers.
SEGA Superstars Tennis.
OK... Technically this isn't a (dedicated) Sonic game, but Sonic & some of his friends do feature prominently in this game of zany tennis.
A nice, simple Visual Novel type game this #SonicSunday with The Murder of Sonic The Hedgehog.
This has a cute artstyle and an engaging story.
And they gave it away for free on April Fool's Day too.
I'm being a bit disingenuous this #SonicSunday, as this isn't actually a Sonic game.
But... if you have the latest version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2, Sonic is a playable character.
Sonic Robo Blast 2.
Not an official title, this is a fangame.
A 3D Sonic adventure that's actually made using the Doom engine.
The controls... do take some getting used to 😅, but once you've got them down, it's actually quite good fun.
Team Sonic Racing.
It may not have been as popular as previous Sonic racing games, but this game had groups of 3 characters racing as teams.
And I think that's a pretty cool idea.
The 30th anniversary edition for PS4 came with an art book.
It's not a game, comic or cartoon show, but I think it's a pretty cool piece of merch.
What I have here is Amy Rose's Fortune Card Deck.
A collection of 78 Fortune Cards & a Guide Book written as Amy Rose herself.

Floofy Shark presents:
