If that was a member of the public fly-tipping plastic on the beach they would be arrested.
Southern Water will not change it's behaviour until one of its board is charged and in court.

Just three companies were responsible for the vast majority of the most serious incidents - #ThamesWater (33), #SouthernWater (15) and #YorkshireWater (13).

About a month ago I received a semi-threatening call from Southern Water about an unpaid bill. They had switched me to email billing and it was missed so it wasn’t a deliberate attempt at non-payment, though considering the dumping of raw waste many people are doing this in protest.
Now I see their CEO has been granted pay equal to around £1.4 million. Anger doesn’t even come close to it. 🤬🤬🤬

Water bill boycotting is great, but I want more, I want something to happen
I've got a legal case to justify withholding payments, so if #southernwater take me to court, I have a defence. But, if my defence is valid, SW are unlikely to take me to court. Nothing will happen.
So, I'm going to sue SW proactively, i.e take them to court.
I have started Justice For Water to help with this and I need new members.
