壹傳媒創辦人黎智英及3間蘋果公司被控串謀勾結外國勢力及串謀刊印煽動刊物等罪，今（27日）在西九龍裁判法院續審，踏入第97天審訊，黎智英第5日作供。控方開案陳詞指控黎智英指示李宇軒、劉祖廸等領袖，利用SWHK（重光團隊）作為「平台」，遊說各國政府對中國和香港實施制裁。

黎智英早前供稱，他的Twitter帳戶是由前《蘋果》專欄作家李兆富，協助他創立及經營。辯方今展示黎的Twitter帖文曾使用「#StandWithHongKong」標籤，問黎當時是否認識李宇軒及SWHK。黎就指他是因李宇軒潛逃台灣被捕，才知悉李這個人，在審訊時始知悉SWHK。法官杜麗冰庭上多度追問，為何黎沒有詢問李兆富標籤意思。黎重申他根本不懂何謂標籖，也不知道SWHK是一個組織，只按字面意思解讀為支持香港，就如「I stand with you（我支持你）」。
