Das ist nicht selbstverständlich, weil in den US die größten Teile der Forschungsförderung über die #DARPA laufen. Das sind also Militärgelder.

Klingt eigentlich gut, aber ich befürchte, solch ein Tool wird nie den Weg in den Algorithmus von #Xitter, #Facebook & Co. finden, weil es das Empörungspotential der Nutzer (und damit $$$ der Plattformbetreiber) verringern würde.
