Postally used on 23 August 1913 with double circle Teignmouth cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Mrs Sibley, 8 St Day Road, Redruth, Cornwall.

Good condition, with some corner bumps or chips and tiny light crease to left centre top edge.

View of sea, a navigation marker, and a large headland in the near distance below a blue and cloudy sky, seen through a rotting wooden breakwater.

Three large navigation buoys, two with green-painted tops and one in the centre. All have a dull brown buttom. They are on land in front of a green-painted corrugated steel wall or door. There are also a few black vehicle tyres piled behind the buoys, because who doesn't like tyres.

Entrance to the Grand Pier in Teignmouth, a wide building painted pastel blue and yellow with pier logos on either side. In the centre, the word 'Pier' in red appears against a white rectangle at the top of the building, in a 1970s-style font. The top half of the frame is mostly empty sky, with a few orange-edged clouds behind the pier.

View through black vertical railings of a sea wall made of concrete sections with shiny steel rainings bolted to the top. Above it, blue sea runs to the horizon, with blue sky and a few little clouds above.
