Oh, I watched #TheGaslightDistrict's pilot episode on the 'tube today/yesterday.
Interesting concept with visuals that are equal parts appealing and disgusting. No idea where a full series would go, plot-wise, but I'd be up giving it a try.
It's no #KnightsOfGuinevere, though! Now *that* is the kind of show I'd have already picked up a bunch of merch for if I had a paying job. I dearly hope it gets picked up for a multi-season series!

sooo i wanna talk about glitch studios new animation, because oh my GOD its a treat for the eyes.
talking as someone whos been doing 3d art for a while, its been a joy to see glitch's animation get exponentially better, from murder drones awkward models, to learning how to better utilize more expressive models in TADC, to these absolutely GORGEOUS action scenes and special effects?
these scenes and camera placement is so fucking AHHHHH it fucking YELLS at me about how cool and expressive it is! the added 2d effects to everything (like their silhouettes with glowey eyes, or with ken's anger thing?)
the story is a bit meh imo, and the comedy is kinda… forced at times? jammed in awkwardly? but i really dont give a shit, this show is just pure eye candy. and nearly every scene is so well done! and the shit where we are introduced with the concept of black bloods text?? and hell just the text overlays in general???
glitch has been doing a FANTASTIC job! go watch gaslight district if you can, its really fucking good.

Alors, excellent pilote, rien à dire, j'ai très, très hâte de voir la suite... mais on en parle de Mud qui en VF parle québécois ?! Avec l'accent, le vocabulaire, tout ça ?!
