Hm, okay. Left some comments about the recent arrest of the Milwaukee County judge on #TheRomanoReport on YouTube.

The YTer in question, who is some former legal professional, posted his "expert" opinion that the arrest was, essentially, deserved, and was a "distraction" from what Trump is *really* doing behind the scenes.

There are unfortunately a lot of nominally anti-Trump pundits out there who nonetheless tick off the dipstick switches, like this one. They stand against overt #fascism but seem unable to realize that this stance is a minimum moral standard. They also don't really seem capable of grasping that their usual advocacy of the last twenty years or so set us on the course to current fascism. (Remember once again: #Democrats are more afraid of socialists than they are of fascists.)

Anyway, this met all the dipstick criteria: claims of a special insight; claims that all others are barking up the wrong tree and "fell for it"; claims of 4-D chess on the part of Donald Trump. (Trump is not some sort of savant; the much easier Occam's-Razor-satisfying explanation involves narcissism and age-diminished cognition.)

So I posted a rather gentle rejoinder to his claims, and he posted back, without punctuation: "Everything you said is wrong"

So I posted back an actual source from the AP that the warrant the judge was initially presented was not in fact a "judicial warrant", as he'd claimed.

And he then erased my comment. I guess actually providing sources for one's claim was a bit too much.

Anyway, I have no particular reason to continue with this...but please do boost and get this around that "The Romano Report" is fucking nonsense, so you won't waste your time as I did.
