We've come to a mixed realisation :TransHeart: :NonBinaryHeart:

A lot of folks taking gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT):

have a lot of misconceptions about it.
have the misguided belief that their gender-affirming care provider should be trusted unquestioning to know what's best for them.
don't know that there are different types of GAHT or that they have a choice in the type.

We know that we can write PSA posts here without issue to dispel myths and spread information, but if we want to reach a wider audience, we are pretty much gonna need to turn it into full articles and video content 🤔

However, the moment we do that, we're going to need to start being even more cautious about what we write or say, especially as:

We don't want anti-trans people to become aware of certain resources.
We may end up breaching terms and conditions of places like YouTube and Twitch.
We may put ourselves at risk of breaking UK laws... or being treated as if we have, even if we haven't.
We may end up risking crossing the streams between our work-profile and our online alias, which could increase the risk of being doxed or essentially becoming "persona non occupabile".

There's also the issue of us being a neurospicy disaster with unreliable executive function, who struggles with committing to any long-term projects... or even doing basic tasks sometimes 🥺🤦‍♀️ :AutismInfinitySymbol: :ADHD_Butterfly:

....эта фраза приводит меня в бешенство. Чаще всего её говорят люди которые постоянно находятся в максимально урбанизированной и комфортной среде, а под "зоной комфорта" принято подразумевать очень расплывчатые условия и абстрактную среду. БУКВАЛЬНО ВСЯ ИСТОРИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСТВА это строительство той самой зоны комфорта. То есть создание максимально безопасных и пригодных к жизни условий. Мы как вид изменили уклад жизни, продлили средний возраст работоспособного человека и даже смогли вопреки природе и световому дню, продлить рабочее время. Впрочем, последнее это скорее то, что негативно сказывается на здоровье и психике. Тебе НЕ нужно выйти из "зоны комфорта", тебе нужно сменить обстановку, побыть наедине с собой и своими мыслями, ну или в крайнем случае абстрагироваться от цифрового шума урбана, новостей и нативной рекламы. Просто смени обстановку. Уверяю тебя, "выйти из зоны комфорта" в отрыве от контекста эволюции общества, это не то, чего ты хочешь. Ты бы не хотел страдать от пульпита, аппендицита или простуды 200-300 лет назад далеко от столиц самых продвинутых стран. Довольно не редкий перелом шейки бедра, каких то 100 лет назад сделал бы тебя почти гарантированно не пригодным к работе и нормальной жизни инвалидом, но на сегодня это пусть и не простой перелом, с долгой реабилитацией, но далеко не приговор. Поинтересуйтесь на досуге, какой был средний возраст смертности 100 - 200 лет назад. Чем занималась большая часть общества и в каких условиях жили. Не нужно делать вид, что твой поход выходного дня на 20 км от города это преодоление себя и вызов природе. Для меня странно выглядит вся эта романтизация средних веков по средствам ТВ и писателей низкопробной беллетристики. Вся эта романтика оторвана от реальной жизни того времени, когда проблемой было просто достать пригодной для еды пресной воды. По этому, цените свою "зону комфорта" а говоря "нужно выйти" уточняйте в какую сторону.
