Atakua исследует 7 видов интерпретаторов байткода, но делает это без уважения - быстрейшей оказывается двоичная трансляция, которая, по сути, уже не интерпретатор байткода, а форма Ahead-Of-Time компилятора. Эта двоичная трансляция транслирует байткод в машинный код, представляющий собой цепочку вызовов скомпилированных сервисных процедур. Тех самых, что в интерпретаторе байткода отвечают за выполнение каждого опкода. Но Atakua не выжал из интерпретаторов байткода всю скорость которая возможна. The 1.2.0 poll has finished on both #Discord and #Mastodon, both polls chose wisely their preferred iOS version for the app to update.
And after thinking about it, I made the decision to release v1.2.0 after the release of #iOS 18
This is the best decision to fix more bugs and add more iOS 18 features.
Note: #Threaded will not require to update to iOS 18 to be used.
My dear #Threaded users, you might know it but #iOS 18 is dropping in about a month. Along with the iPhone 16 line up.
Threaded v1.2.0 (currently in Beta) includes new iOS 18 features such as Control buttons in the Control Center, light and dark icons support, and much more.
Therefore, should I publish v1.2.0 on the App Store before or after the release of iOS 18?
